First off we modified the height of the machine by putting large wheels on it to allow for better wheel chair access and of course make it mobile as we like to be able to move it around the building but generally it lives in our reception area as this is the highest traffic area and gives our visitors something to do while waiting. It is especially loved by the children but also by the parents who can leave them at the machine, under watch of the receptionist of course, whilst they conduct business with our staff to discuss the modifications or computers they need for themselves or their children. The simple controls make it easy for most of the differently abled people to operate with only simple extensions to the joystick in the shape of a T-bar which is attached like a sleeve over the current joystick for the more severely disabled. The variety of games keeps all well entertained, including myself the current high score holder for Galaga and 1942 (2 of my favourite games growing up, though I still miss Raiden).

I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank yourself and “Arcade Tables” for your generosity in supplying this machine to TADWA it has already and will continue to bring much enjoyment to many, with and without disabilities for many years to come...
